There's a what?

Mad Hatter: The recent experiment with bathing photons in a "Cesium Bath" only applies to energy. No one has yet to figure out how to push anything with mass to the speed of light and without bypassing Physics is not possible.

Why thank you, Vondoom, you just ruined a perfectly good joke.

I don't have a four-acre field to play in anymore but I do have a nice sized lake. Unfortunately, I have no Cesium to spare, but Magnesium is readily available.

BAD WC JOKES

Q: What did LOAF say when Chris told him the Kilrathi had nuked another planet?
A: Are you Sirius?

Q: What do you say when you find an unexpected Darket?
A: What the deuce?

Q: Why don't we know what happened to Stingray after SO2?
A: We're still looking for Mister Wright.

YAY!

You are in no way entitled to any WC games, if you don't have them its your own damn fault.

I thought the "let's kill the kitties with Hawk" thing was alright, pity you had to backtrack a few missions to get on the right track. Uhh, that wasn't meant to be a pun.

I think that on that mission where Hawk tries to talk you into killing the Kilrathi you're supposed to escort, you should have the choice to kill Hawk, or the Kilrathi. If you kill Hawk, the Kilrathi tell you you have no honor and try to kill you.

Hawk should DIE... by your hands, of course. God, that would be schweeeeeeet..... ahem... anyway...

Yeah, and after you kill Hawk you could get courtmartialled!

Yay!

Hawk IMO is a cool character, even though his part in Prophecy isn't as big as it was in WC4.

Hawk was definitely one of those who helped add depth to the WC universe. It would seem funny if everyone was all happy and everything about working with the Kilrathi after WC3 - having people who were still bitter towards them really adds to the realism. Although I thought Hawk would have mellowed out a bit after Blair helped him with the BW working with Melek.

I do have to say... while I rant about wanting to demolish Hawk, he is rather cool. He has this darkness about him that I find fascinating... I used to be really moody and stuff like that myself.

I haven't played WC4 yet, so don't tell me anything, please.

One of the most disappointing things about WCP was that though in WCIV Hawk and Maniac grew some, they apparently totally regressed by the time WCP came about. And Hawk's death was treated so dispassionatly that it was hard to care about it.

Probably because the budget cuts. I would find it hard to belive that Dallas got a funeral, while Hawk didn't, for any other reason.

Just think its tacky how they dealt with Hawk and Blair. Like no effort was put into how to say goodbye to them.

A lot of things were done tackily in Prophecy...

It could be that they thought one funeral is enough for the whole game. Though they could have had another funeral like in the previous games and just have the option of pressing Esc after you've seen it once.
