Privateer world/ship creator

Do ayone of you guys know a good world(System)creator and an ship creating utility for privateer/Rf? there are some things that i would like to add.
 
If its possible, you might try to contact Mario Brito (HCL) and see if he can give you some tips. He is the one that created most of the editors and tre file managers/extractors for these games. Theres also a Privateer editing info file in the files section, probably under WC II files or WCI files section.

With that info, you might be able to make your own mission maker, much like how he (Mario) made the Steltek Endurance mission for Privateer.

Someone? More like several someones. That's be a very difficult 'project'. Keep in mind that JEMM is incompatible with Windows, and remember how many people have troubles getting Priv just to work in a DOS boot!
 
By the time one invests in a coder or coders, test etc, you probably have gone 100 times if not more, the cost of getting an older machine to run the games. The CD-ROM classic version of Privateer has that PIF maker, but you have to have DOS drivers on your system. Its just much easier and far less of a headache to set up an old machine for those games. Or find a win95 machine in the p133 range and set that puppy up for both DOS mode stuff and older win9x stuff. Quit trying to get that brand new P4 to run these games. It wont! Or at the most, wont run correctly or run so fast, the game ends just as you click on the shortcut to start it!
