Yup. The fact that he's creating a new game using unlisenced software under a copyrighted and trademarked name and then distributing it is illegal. If he kept it to himself nobody would care. If it was just a mod, nobody would care ... too much.

I got an idea for you dada add a multi-player mode to your game.Also let people percase most of the ships you see in privateer like the demon.
Also hireing wingmen and more then 1 or 2 well be cool.
