Am I missing something?

I get the following when I run mesher.exe:

Where command is a 3 letter sequence of:
        Inputfiletype:
                b:BFXM
                o:OBJ
                x:xmesh
        Outputfiletype:
                b:BFXM
                o:OBJ
                x:xmesh
        Commandflag:
                a: append to Outputfile
                c: create Outputfile

would love to put my skills to use but I have no way to work with the file format.
 
Simply run it for the time being. I wanted to get a feel for the models and to do that I need them in a 3ds-friendly format.
 
If you want to help and model something needed look around here
Don't worry about the implementation, you can give us the model in 3ds or obj and we convert it then for the game.
