A Capship missile (Capital Ship) is a heavy missile designed to destroy it's target in one hit. It carries a large anti-matter warhead. Because of it's size it was launched from a Capital ship. The Kilrathi developed a cloaked capship missile called "Skipper" in the last years of the war and used it to good effect against Confederation targets.
