Residents from Vega sector are looting the Kilrathi systems for alien artifacts. Scraps of metal... broken machinery from dead cap-ships. Selling the debris is reported to be a high-dollar enterprise.

If they're not going to start regular peace-keeping maneuvers out in Kilrah, Confed should at least have Disease Control take a look at the incoming debris. We have no idea what kind of bacterial crap the bugs are dragging along with them. Could be more deadly than they are.
