Occurs after Second Enigma Campaign and Vukar Tag but before armistice.
Foreign Minister Rhonda Jamison's son was captured by the Kilrathi during the Third Enigma Campaign. This was used by the Kilrathi as leverage against her to betray the Confederation repeatedly. Her treasonous activities led to a far greater reduction of Confederation military forces that greatly aided the Kilrathi during the Battle of Earth.
