Admiral James Halworthy was the founder of the Space Naval Academy in the 2448. There is a 45 foot statue of the Admiral at the Academy that is used for the final hazing of plebes at the end of their first year. They must climb the statue, which is covered in grease, manure and paint, to recover a Dixie Cap, the cover worn by 4th year Midshipmen. Legend has it that the individual who removes the cap will eventually become admiral of the fleet.
