A Hover Tank is an armed and armored military vehicle in service with all militaries for use in ground fighting against other tanks and/or for use against armored structures, defenses and enemy infantry. The tank hovers above the ground which helps with moving over rougher terrain.
The Hover tank is featured in Wing Commander 4 during gound missions.
