Flight Wing 36 was the fleet of ships stationed on the TCS Victory. In the last year of the Terran-Kilrathi War of 2634-2669 the wing was taken over by then-Colonel Christopher Blair. Blair led the wing during the desperate fight against the Kilrathi which culminated in the destruction of Kilrah, the Kilrathi homeworld.
