Cabrea is a star system in the Enigma Sector. It is listed as a territory of the Union of Border Worlds.
Prior to 2669, the star system was occupied by the Kilrathi Empire and its population enslaved. In 2669, the Terran News Channel reported that the Terran Confederation Space Forces had successfully liberated the planet and its population, but all vid-transmissions were immediately shut off in the "interests of Confed security." However, independent sources indicated that the true reasons was that conditions on the planet were so horrific that any released footage from the planet's surface would deal psychological damage on the already demoralizes Terran populace.
