Any one know How to move a catagory name correctly.

for example I added Heavy Fighter but its listed with the fighters not the types of fighters.

What you added is not a category, but a normal article, it will have to be deleted or used for a description of some sort what comprises a heavy fighter...

I've added category you wanted...
