What's the purpose of this page?

There is a TK War subcategory filled with articles breaking down the events. What's the point of having this article? A general summary? Couldn't that be including on the category page proper?

I'm thinking this needs to be deleted unless anyone can think of a reason to keep it.

Yeah, one: This is the story behind Wing Commander, this is why it is so epic, and this is what made it everything it is. Why not get the full story on the War's origins, progression, and ultimate end? The explanations for the war can be found in one place. If we do that, we might as well just delete the Border Worlds Conflict/Crisis articles while we're at it, and that would rob this database of much of the info and explanations behind the events of WC4, just as canceling out this article will rob this database of a lot of WC1, WC2, and WC3. Yes, it's a very incomplete article, one that needs a lot of work, and that's why somebody along the line, anybody, needs to take the initiative to finish it (Perhaps I will in due time).

In short, NO. I do not think this should be deleted. But I'm just a rookie on a crowded fleet carrier, so who knows if my reasons are even credible. But that's my take on this.
