What would be the best way to integrate the CIC Universe map into this? Links to the Map section itself along with putting images of the areas on their respective pages?

I'm not sure how to do it, but we could probably integrate a map of the universe that leads to a sector and then a quadrant, allowing a user to click on a star system and get more information about it. I'll try and see if I can figure out how it is done, but I'm not giving any promises.--Vinman 01:00, 25 August 2007 (CDT)

I don't know about including a picture of the area of each system on its page... It's doable but a lot of work. For now it would certainly be simple enough simply to link to the map of the sector / quadrant that a system / sector is in from the article.. An interesting side project though would be to link from the map to the article for the system / quadrant / sector that was clicked on.--AD 01:09, 25 August 2007 (CDT)

What would be involved with this? Use this as a 'root' category and step down into sector/quadrant/system/planet levels? Would the navigation maps be better off in this section? - Wedge

We should add a nice image of the universe map on this page. We could imagemap it to jump to sectors than on the sector category/page add the sector and so forth as imagemaps. --Dundradal 18:44, 22 August 2010 (CDT)
