It's different to put "This system was liberated by Confed forces in so-and-so year" than to put "It's likely this system was liberated." If a system did change hands than see if you can find out exactly when it did that way you then could put that information into the article. Just make sure to check the facts, if you are unsure ask at the forums.

I'd actually highly recommend you do ask about the T-bomb on the forums. That way if you are missing any details about it from sources you don't have (like the novels) they can help provide it.
