Yes. The Tarawa uses such a signal in FA after Paladin and Hunter return from Hari. | |||
In AS, there is talk of direct communications between Earth and McAuliffe. | |||

Yes. The Tarawa uses such a signal in FA after Paladin and Hunter return from Hari.
