Morpheus is a star system in the Vega Sector and a territory of the Terran Confederation.
Morpheus was occupied by the Kilrathi in 2669 in the final stages of the Terran-Kilrathi War. The system was just one of many to fall to the Kilrathi Empire in the wake of their renewed offensive against the Terrans. Fortunately, Confed repelled the invaders in the minor yet vital victory in the Battle of Morpheus.
