Gimle is a star system in Vega Sector. As of April 2654, it was controlled by the Empire of Kilrah.
Gimle has at least one habitable world which is covered by one huge forest. On this world, Kilrathi nobles and officers came to hunt with their bare claws. According to TCS Tiger's Claw bartender Sam, the Kilrathi would release Terran POWs into woods and then hunt them for sport. Sam told this to Christopher Blair on 2654.133 as the Claw entered the Gimle System and referred to the system as "the vacation spot of the Empire of Kilrah".
The Tiger's Claw preformed several missions in the Gimle System on 2654.135. These missions included:
- The defense of several Confederation battleships under Kilrathi attack in the system including an Exeter-Class Destroyer.
- Several patrol missions. On one of which Christopher Blair and Jeannette Devereaux tested the new Rapier fighters in action.
- Strikes against several groups of bogies. One of which was two wings of Dralthi fighters led by Dakhath nar Sihkag.
