When you have a chance could you upload the losing end game shot and place it in Phi Wing (Hell's Kitchen)? Thanks! --Dundradal 22:13, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
I think the preferences might of have reset when Kris updated the MediaWiki? You actually control your own timestamps. http://www.wcnews.com/wcpedia/Special:Preferences That link allows you to edit your own time-zone/etc. I'm not sure if that then reflects on all time stamps or just your own. Test it out a bit and let me know. --Dundradal

I don't believe there is a way to make the timestamps uniform. They reflect the user that entered them. (Thanks for noting mine was CST, I'm actually EST GMT - 5) You can always view the local time for edits by reviewing the history. It should display in your proper time-zone. --Dundradal

Hey Wedge, are we changing all the Dralthi to link to Dralthi I and Fralthi to Fralthi class cruiser? Also, my apologies for the odd typo! - Madman
Wow these pages can get confusing if we don't clean them up :p As for your question, it drives me insane as well. The problem is when we have things that deserve an article but don't always deserve capitalization. My suggestion would be to capitalize everything like it was a proper article title, then when it is used in articles (if it can be used lower case) then creating a redirect to the proper article name. That is kind of a pain, but I think it keeps the standard we want? What do you think? --Dundradal

Heh, in this case it's just a typo one time which I copied and pasted into the other pages ;) Madman
You, Bob and myself should meet up soon to discuss it so we are all clear on it. That way we can nip in the bud any "problem" categories before they grow into something like the Human-Terran issue. --Dundradal

Oh while I remember, the Dralthi in 1.5 (at least the one you fly) carries Mass drivers - that makes them mk2s right? Will check the ones you fight :) and also check if the ones in swc wc and sm1 have mass drivers Madman
Yeah this week classes start so it's a bit chaotic for me. Perhaps sometime next week? --Dundradal

Yeah they're all Dralthi IIs, at least in sm2. will change it! Madman

Hey Wedge, to the best of my knowlege, SM1.5 is now finished - hopefully there's no glaring mistakes. Xi wing in Jakarta has really messed up text - so it's supposed to be that way, it's not a mistake! (eg blair tells halcyon that he killed all the lumbari and not the fralthi, when you only kill the fralthi!, halcyon then tells him he did good only killing the lumbari, before blair apologises again!

I've added some stuff to the Golden Sun page, what do you think? Madman can chat in IRC if you want?
Hey Wedge, I've gone over the golden sun page again, I'm now happy how things work, and i think the boxes explain themselves (unless theres something glaringly wrong, the grammar and spelling is all as it should be in game (notably colonel with lower case c and several missed capitals, some of which are corrected for SM2) The only thing missing really is a check to make sure that the Amiga and SNES ports aren't different, I have access to a snes copy but not the time/inclination to check each series - I believe i'm correct in saying though that the amiga and CD32 version is just WC1 with no changes so that should be exactly the same (obviously SNES secret missions has at least 1 piece of extra dialogue!) Madman
So ignore some of the previous! I've checked the ejects from the first missions in both SNES WC and SM - they may change later but I doubt it (memory saving being kind of important!) especially since they don't in the pc versions and that both snes games are consistent with each other. Madman

Thanks for the thoughts, the reason i left '?'s in was because I'm not sure how those values are determined (it was also very definitely supposed to be a 'i'm still working on this' sign). It seems that we need to work out how they're fitted, and trial and error probably won't cut it. I understand about not liking wingnut out of hours as it were :D
Hello there Wedge, what's up? Hey I was curious to know, how did you get those latest navmaps to that high a quality? I was trying to do the same thing last night but I just couldn't improve the resolution. What technique did you use to get them to look better? I'm hoping to help Dund finish up this thing with the maps. -Aeronautico
I didn't realise there already was a hangar deck image, apologies, also sorry about the receive error, simple typo I assure you!
Finally, there's a couple of grammatical things you changed (notably colonel to Colonel) which, while I agree with from a grammar point of view, i dislike because the game itself uses what I originally wrote. Which do we want to stick with, grammatically correct or in-game accuracy? Madman

Heh, I believe you mis-understood my comment about "out of hours" twas simply a turn of phrase :) I see what you mean about leaving draft stuff in the page, the problem is that working out what causes certain phrases to be used is potentially a massive task, I'd rather that what we know now was put in with a caveat that it's not definite that that is the cause of the difference (i.e give people all the information we have available now) rather than hold it back until it's absolutely perfect. The idea of a wiki being fluide swings both ways, someone else may see that I don't know what the cause of the different lines is and dutifully change it to add in their knowlege. Just my two-penneth :) I'm away for the weekend so won't be able to work up any stuff but will be back around next week. Madman
Thanks for adding the nav map images Wedge. --Dundradal

One of the templates you added today broke the character infobox. Not sure exactly what you've been doing so you want to try and figure out what went wrong. --Dundradal 14:06, 23 August 2010 (CDT)

Looks like whatever template it was broke every infobox. I'm not sure if I see the point of some of the templates as well. What's the Clawmarks one for? Or that WPM one? One of those broke the rest. --Dundradal 14:09, 23 August 2010 (CDT)

Figured it out. Don't move the templates category. When you did it broke all the infoboxes. It needs to remain where it is. Templates can be a real bitch and we've got to be careful when doing things to them because they break very easily. Thanks. --Dundradal 15:43, 23 August 2010 (CDT)

--Dundradal
