Russo was a Terran pilot who flew for the Terran Confederation. His real name is not known.
Russo was an active pilot as of 2673, during the Border Worlds Crisis. It is not known if he was a veteran of the Terran-Kilrathi War. He was the leader of Green Squadron, a squadron of three Hellcat Vs assigned to escort the TCS Amadeus, a civilian medical transport. Their mission was to deliver Terran refugees from the crisis to the Megaron System.
