- Rusty's pretty cheap as far as Pilots' Muster Costs go and he's got a pretty specialized set up skills. He'll help you out if you put him in the cockpit of just about anything, but this card does appear to be made for a certain ship. With an Attack +1 and Maneuver +1, he's the perfect addition to a Bomber. Bombers have notoriously low Maneuver values and fairly poor Attack values.
