What I'm doing yes is from ER mostly with some info from Fleet Action. It depends on what novels you have. I'd read them in publishing order since the ones after Freedom Flight build on each other. I'm probably going to move to Action Stations next. --[[User:Dundradal|Dundradal]] 20:11, 3 September 2010 (CDT) | What I'm doing yes is from ER mostly with some info from Fleet Action. Read End Run first. Action Stations covers the beginning of the war. bob has been uploading a lot of stuff from it. Check out his recent work to see. The Price of Freedom is the WC4 novelization. Check the blurbs on the back. --[[User:Dundradal|Dundradal]] 20:48, 3 September 2010 (CDT) |
Revision as of 01:48, 4 September 2010
Instead of uploading character articles, I'd prefer if you'd help convert ship entries to the new infobox I created. I've already done all the Confed fighters but everything else remains. It's something I'd like to get done before the CIC's bday in August. Let me know. --Dundradal 19:42, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
Yes and note that some of those lines will not be answerable so don't just throw in whatever. If you have a question, post it to the forum and we can try to see if can answer one thing or another. This is how the academy manual discussion started, over a question about the Morningstar's combat introduction. Look at the ones I've already changed along with the updated fighters template page. It contains the new infobox and rudimentary instructions. --Dundradal 19:57, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
FYI, when you are doing the new infoboxes please review the ones I've already done for how I'm displaying information. I'm noticing the weapons and armor/shields variables are not in the same format the others are in. Please convert the ones you've done to look like the others. It's some minor things. I just want them all to be the same. --Dundradal 23:12, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Yeah it's little things like adding cm after the armor/shield values and not using port/starboard but using side instead and how number of weapons are displayed. --Dundradal 23:38, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Are you going to come to the Bday party next Tuesday? It would be a good time to talk to all the other fans as well as the other WCPedia contributors to try and focus our efforts. --Dundradal 04:18, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
It's on the CIC's IRC channel #wingnut on their IRC server. We've met there before. 7pm EST 12th birthday party starts. --Dundradal 12:31, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
Quite a few people will be there. It's the one day a year all WC fans get together. Haven't you been reading the bday posts on the front page? --Dundradal 23:01, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
The SO fiction calls the endgame of WCP the "Second Battle of Kilrah." --Dundradal 17:27, 22 August 2010 (CDT)
Alrighty, thanks. Also, if I created an article on the Temblor Bomb run, would that be okay? If not, I will hold off on it. -Aeronautico
Do me a favor and do not edit things I am working on. --Dundradal 23:21, 22 August 2010 (CDT)
No worries, and thank you for your contributions. Just remember that we're writing for an encyclopaedia, not a novel. ;) - Wedge
That's great to hear. Make sure to try and make the IRC meeting on the 18th of this month. We are going to be talking quite a bit about the project. --Dundradal 19:56, 3 September 2010 (CDT)
