I usually try to avoid changing something like this if something is already in place, as was the case here. - Wedge

My personal preference is to have capitals in all headings, etc. That aside, is there any particular reason for moving these from Border Worlds Conflict to Border Worlds conflict? - Wedge

Personal preference, same as you. The ICIS does use 'Border Worlds conflict', as opposed to 'Kilrathi War'.
Yes, I noticed that. Still, we already had the precedence of existing articles using a capital C, but oh well, what's done is done. - Wedge
