Talk:Tallahassee-class cruiser
Note to whoever - make sure to add information from False Colors about two Tallahassees that fought the KIS Karga.
- Dundradal
Dang! Totally forgot about those. Those were the Juneau and the Dover right? Thanks for the reminder.

Do we know for certain that the Tallahassee was no longer used just because we see the impressive Plunkett artillery cruisers in Secret Ops? - Wedge
When I say that in the articles I write, I usually speak of "lesser usage" as a means to acknowledge that said ships might still very well be used in spite of their lack of appearances in the later installments. I am not saying they weren't used in 2681, but we have to acknowledge that by that point Confed was adapting to much better tech than what they were using in the war.

The Karga's attack took place in 2670? According to False Colors itself, which I'm reading right now, the attack took place in 2669. But I've noticed myself that the thimes and time references have been messed up in the novel. --FekLeyrTarg 14:36, 31 May 2011 (CDT)
- Yes, it was written as 2670 in the initial draft, but amended to 2669 in the finished book. It's still just a bit too late to be before the end of Wing Commander III, and the message in Chapter 7 points to the earlier date. Bob 17:59, 31 May 2011 (CDT)
