Jace Dillon had carried the callsign Flash since his first day at the Academy. He became a test pilot for the Confederation testing the new Excalibur fighter, and is based off of the TCS Victory during some of the tests. Dillon transferred permanantly to the Victory after losing a bet on a simulator dogfight with Blair.
