Wing Commander Secret Ops Please Read Need Help

hey all,

just found this forum and i have a small prob with Wing Commander Secret Ops

the problem is that there is a small scratch on the silver side of my WCSO cd, and the only file that is affected by this is the data.tre file

does anybody know if EA still have copies of WCSO so that i would be able to return the disc and get a replacement?????

or know of anywhere that still sells WCSO?

Why don't you go to ea.com and email them to ask?
 
DONT WORRY ABOUT IT I FOUND A WEBBY WITH THE ONLINE VERSION

NOW I HAVE TO HOPE THAT MY 56K CAN HANDLE THE DOWNLOAD

JOIN ME IN CHEERING IT ON

GO 56K! GO 56K! GO 56K! ETC ETC ETC

The DL version is most likely not the retail one (unless you are at a warez site). I am not sure if the files are the same in retail and DL.
 
The download/retail versions have key differences. For example, the download data.tre doesn't contain the mission files where the retail one does.
