Wing Commander 3 controls

Another problem I need a little help on. It seems that with my keyboard controls that my up is down and down is up (reverse?) Is there any way to change that. I have tried the installation settings and the in-game settings, but I found none.
 
Wing Commander 3 doesn't have a keystroke customizer, though DOSBox does I believe. If it helps, imagine when you press down, you're pulling back on the stick, which would cause the ship to pitch up.
 
hmm... are you sure? I thought I could reverse them before, but never mind.
 
Wc4 option (alt+o inflight) are pretty much the same as in wc3 and they do not allow you to reverse controls... Like any game.. about 20 minutes of practice and you should be getting the hang of the controls. If this is a problem, have you tried using your mouse for flight?

Armada lets you do it.. because of the complicated keyboarding that can happen from splitscreen, but back in the day things like that weren't very common.
