It all depends on your machine. A 450 MHz machine is just above the highest slow-downable speed-range with Moslo. If you're any faster and have the floppy-version, you're out of luck. If you have the CD-version, on the other hand, you should be able to get the proper speed. I seem to remember that I did.
There are a couple of other 'slow down' programs that can be downloaded from the Moby games site.
Also, Moslo is available in serveral versions, the download version commonly available being the basic. I'm told the 'paid for' versions cost just a few dollars & are much better.
