Win2000 Pro SP4 with WC4

hi there --

my pc spec:

P3-800
512Mb
Matrox G400-32MB
60GB x 2
NIC
Win2000 PRO
Creative Audigy PCI
Direct 9x


i'm installing wc4 in win2kpro. i copy the system/game files to my hd.
this is what i've done so far:

1. installed win9xzip.exe for direct sound patch
2. installed nstriker patch for wc4 cd patch

RESULTS:

a. sound works
b. video works
c. mouse works

RUN GAME:

a. sound works
b. video freezes when blair talk to other veteran pilot in bar.

GAME SETUP:
during flight: svga 16bit during movie : vga 8bit
small window / fast compression/ caption

i haven't been able to get past this point to play the game.

anything else i need to fix?

Yeah, I've never gotten a lot farther myself. Never did find where the bad code was.
