Hi all,
I've been recently exploring methods to put all my WCP discs onto a single DVD as well as including the high-res VOB files. One limitation that I kept running into was that the game required CD checking/swapping and so I came up with a WCP patch that should allow you play without needing any CDs.
I have yet to fully test this patch throughout the whole game because.... well... I just started to play the game again after 8-9 yrs of leaving the CDs on a shelf somewhere
and I've got a looooooong way to go
Included also in the patch is a screen saver disabler while playing WCP. I have my screen saver set to 5 mins and it caused some crazy flashing during the video sequences if I let it kick in.
Please read the included readme file before patching.
Apart from that enjoy, and I look forward to any reported problems or suggestions.
