WCP - Unable to Land

I just restarted at the very first mission in WCP and I just start the mission and get a window that says "You are unable to land"

Why is it doing this? No enemies have even showed up?

Well...I know the install was fine because I just played through the whole game and am restarting again.
 
No, that's not right...
Play simulator mission 6 or 7 for a few seconds (you don't have to finish them) and try again. If there's no change, delete the file autosave.wsg in your Prophecy directory.

That happened to me a couple of times on my older mission. It said the same thing. I don't no why, but it only happened a few times. So how is it now?

I narrowed down the problem to the savegame files.

I uninstalled it except for my saved games and still didn't work. Then I uninstalled all of it and re-installed with no saved games this time and it worked. :-\
