Hey

I can´t choose the 32-bit option in the install.
There is any problem?
I have a TNT2 with the 43.45 drivers.

Yes, using SO with the hi-res patch in 32-bit, and the same with UE.

He disabled the 32-bits option because some problems with the Radeon cards.

Actually, probably not. The notes only says something about resolution.

Maybe you could ask HCl for an old version of the patch, if your card is not a Radeon.
