I also have Price of Freedom and cannot seem to install it on my Pentium 4 laptop or desktop. It goes to where it is checking the computer speed and never advances from their on either machine.

Once you manage to get the game installed, either keep playing in dosbox if you can get it running smoothly, or apply the win95 patch in the CIC's files section.
