hello!
I have the double-sided DVD of WC4.
I copied the contents of both sides to U:\games\wc4,
and put dxmci + mpeg2.dll there.
when I run the game I get a black screen and a popup:
"object or name not found: c:\vob\sc_XXXXX.vob"
I tried running "configure dxmci.lnk" but it only gives an error and does nothing.
How can I configure the correct path to the videos?

Also: the mouse works in the savegamescreen, but not in Options (ctrl-o).
The arrow-keys work but so faaaast you cant hit anything!
how can I fix that?

I configured a joystick in windows which works once I get into the actual game.
(except FB1=fire, FB2=turbothrust which sucks a bit).
Hops somebody can help me, I tried to find answers in the forum but failed to locate my problems solution.
PS. on the DVD Version there's a different dolby intro than on the CD version (the train!). Here you can download .vobs of all dolby intros if you like:

edit: video works if I copy it to c:\vob - but I still prefer a better solution if some1 can tell me how to fix it so game finds the stuff where it is supposed to be. Also the video is a bit distorted: theres a slight mirror effect, noticeable especialla at the intro credits text which is doubled in dark blue color, this is where it is most obvious.
