Hello Freaks ;-)

I can´t play the game on XP, why ? In the Free Dosbox Programm, come an error Vcuip and ems error ... hhmmmm

sorry for my bad english iám german ...

gives an patch for wc3 to play it on XP ?

Sind hier deutsche ?
 
Try running in compatibility mode directly in windows. Right-click on the main executable and go to the compatibility tab to select Win95/98 mode. I'm not sure about your error messages, but you need a pretty powerful computer to emulate WC3.

my PC: Athlon64 3000+ Radeon 9800 Pro+ 150gb Festplatte ... usw ;-)

Still most likely too slow for WC3 via Dosbox (I've tried: PIV @3.6Ghz, 2gb ram etc, and it's still too slow for close combat ) - but would be worth a try... (maybe A64 are way faster in DosBox. No idea...

Anyway:
Check out the dosbox-sticky thread for help with wc3. - Your prob has been posted several times there.
an alternative, that doesn't need an ultra fast PC is VDMS.
