WC2 KS on XP not running

Hi!
I have WC2 KS, and it won't run well. It loads, shows the intro and TC destruction, the emperor says hi's first phrase and that's it. Nothing. Occasionally waiting and hitting enter i can see the 1st scene of the next part of the intro, but nothing more. Any ideas? win95 and 98 comp do not change a thing.

Did you previously disable sound card hardware acceleration to overcome video skipping in Prophecy? In needs to be reenabled for Kilrathi Saga videos to play.
