WC SO Issues

ok so finally found the download for WC SO on your site. I've Installed Special Ops, but It errors out everytime I load it. I have launched from the zip exe, Un-Extracted it, and have tried the Resolution patches. Any Ideas? I am running WIN XP SO 2. Thanks to this site I have a hankering to start playing this again, so thanks for any feedback

You don't want to apply something like the high-res patches until you can get the game to launch normally. What else have you done? Are you running it in Windows 98 compatibility mode?
