WC slowdown needed (sm2.exe)

I read somehting about slowing down DOS WC1/2 by using "sm2.exe"

What does it mean... can someone remeber that?

SM2.EXE is frame limited, so I think the idea was to rename it to WC.EXE - the downside being that there are Drakhai instead of the Aces, among other thing which are SM2 exclusive.
