WC Prophecy Enhancement Pack Vista issue

hi there! I'm having trouble installing the high res patch on a Vista machine.

I installed prophecy and copied all the enhancement pack files into the prophecy directory (at C:\games\prophecy if it matters).
I have data.tre, gf.tre, gf2.tre and gf3.tre in the patch directory, copied from my CDs. I fire up the install executable but no matter what combination of options I input, hitting the install button inevitably leads to the program crashing ("install_gui MFC application has stopped working").

Anyone know anything about this?

Have you tried setting the compatability mode on the highres patch installer?

Had the same problem and mailed Mario. He sent me a new version of the installer which actually works. with vista. Think he'll release it soon...
