Treman on 64-bit systems

Anyone else run into this issue?

I'm trying to run Treman on Win10 64-bit os and I get the following. Are there any fixes or workarounds anybody's aware of? I've tried various compatibility modes, and as suspected, no luck.

You can run TREMAN in DOSBox if you have CWSDPMI.EXE in the same directory...
