I just wanted to take the time to thank AD for his help in getting WC3 playing on my PC, and to thank the creators and contributors of this great site. My all-time favorite video game is once again my favorite video game! I was introduced to the WC series on the Super Nintendo, was blown away by WC3 on the 3DO console (didn't have a pc back then), then WC4 on the Playstation, always wondered what I was missing on the PC versions. Bought the PC versions back in 2000, but could never get them to work. Then, sometimes while digging into my closet looking for something else, I'd see that WC3 box collecting dust, wondering how cool it would be to play on the pc, then I'd end up pulling out the 3DO, hooking it up and playing WC3 for the umpteenth time. Then, a few weeks ago I found this site. Amazing.
My kids aren't really happy though, since thier computer time has been cut due to me and WC3, but oh well. I'm in the Caliban system now, Thrakhath has made his speech and Hobbes is about to turn traitor. The Paktahn fighters and the Corvettes are alot tougher to deal with on the pc than they are on the 3DO.
