Sound Problems with Priv2 (Vista64)

Hey Guys,
i felt like i had to find my old Priv2-Discs (Dos-Version) and beat this nice game once again.
1st i tried it DosBox-style and everything was quite ok. However, there were sometimes flashes in the movies and the game was damn fast. I tried to slow it down with the usual commands, but then it was far too slow (i tried the values from wcnews).
Then i found out about the dos-to-windows patch.
I installed everything correctly and started the game. The videos went well, without any problems.
But there are sound issues. To specify, music and so on all work well, but the soundeffects of things like turning options in the menu (alt-o) on/off or firing guns in space are delayed a bit. So i fire a gun but the sound comes a little later, when the shot already has gone.

I am using vista64 Bit and have a Realtek onboard Sound card. As u might know, in Vista u cannot change neither Audio- nor Video-Accelleration, so this wont help.
Anyone has an idea?
I dont want to play it in DosBox, because of the flashes during the movies.

Sorry, as a gues i do not have editing possibilities.
I played a bit in the Windows-Version and realized, that there is a kind of klicking all the time. Even if i turn off all sound effects, so that there is total silence, the clicking still continues. I am no native speaker, so i dont really know how to explain more precisely. Maybe cracking is a better word.
Nevertheless, it sucks!
Just wanted to give u a better description.
Thx

Thx for answer.
Yeah, sure, i installed the Dos-Patch before running the dos-Version in Dosbox. I thougt the flashes during the movies could result from problems with the DVD-Rom. So i created an image of that CD and used that instead. With no effect.
Are there other people that have that white flashes in the movies? Is there a way to fix that?

Did you try the display doctor? When P2 was released, Origin specifically promoted that program to reduce palette flashes during cutscenes.
