Skipping In Cutscenes-WC2

When I run WC2 everything seems to run fine, but it skips a scene in the intro cinematic and may be skipping elsewhere as well. Everything else seems to run fine, as far as I can tell. Right after Thrakath ends his speech it cuts to the door of Towlyn's office, but it cuts directly to inside- skipping the subtitle telling me it's Tolwyn's office. I figured this might be a speed issue, but I'm running the Kilrathi saga version. Any ideas? The machine I'm running is 450mhz.

On my machine, the KS version of WC2 runs at normal speed... except for those door scenes. Those stay on screen for 20 seconds or so (and I can't skip them) every time. So maybe it might be a computer speed issue, somehow. I get this problem on a 1.2Ghz.
