Secret Ops won't install on my computer.

When I double-click on the secretopsfull.exe icon Winzip self-extractor starts up.
When is done I get a window that reads: please insert cd labeled. Then below that change install directory to. Below that is the word software highlighted in yellow. Finally two different rectangle boxes that reads: type an invali and the other box name including.

Weird, is this copy of the game coming from floppy disks?
 
Not Coming from floppy disks. Its the SO starter package to help run Standoff Mod. Yes, I have the WCP demo installed on my computer.
