Hi Guys, I recently got a hold of WCP Gold after the computer I used to download Secret Ops had crashed. Using a new machine, I installed and played Prophecy just fine.
I decided to try out Secret Ops but I'm getting a strange message and a seemingly incomplete installation.

After putting in the cd, the Secret Ops launcher pops up. I click install and get the error message with the title "Windows- No Disk" saying "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the Drive." Making sure the disk was in fact in the drive I hit 'Try Again' several times and then give up and hit 'Continue'.
Strangely enough when I do hit continue, a box titled "Install Game" appears and displays the required bytes and available ones. The available space far exceeds the required and when I click "Install", the program appears to install normally, except that when I hit "Play" back on the launcher screen, I get a black screen and then the program crashes leaving me back in windows.
I'm running XP SP2 on a fairly new computer.
Can somebody help me out?

Thanks

FInd all the executables needed. Find the one for the installer, and for launching the games. IT might be separate exe's for WCP and SO. Then set the compatability mode on all of them to either win95 or 98. See if that fixes it.

(right-click the exe files, click properties and then the compatability tab)
