Secret Ops, 2nd set of missions

Hello everyone.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot get to the second mission of Secret Ops. I have completed the first set of missions. I have gotten the password for the 2nd set of missions, however, I cannot figure out how to get to the missions. I downloaded the FULL SECRET OPS file.
