Running WC2 Deluxe Edition with SO1 and SO2 in Windows XP

Is there anyone out there that can take me through a step by step process to get this game to run. I am not very good with DosBox and need someone to take me through the SPECIFIC steps in order to get WC2, SO1, and SO2 to run in Windows XP. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. Thanks!!!

I have a similar problem. It can run fine on XP for me, but the cutscenes go at 100 miles per hour, and the combat is difficult at best.

What's difficult about the combat Fatcat? The speed there should be fine. Have you tried hitting Control+F11 to drop the speed during cutscenes?
