Prophecy Video Problems

I am having a similar problem to Kickaha. I loaded prophecy and it plays fine but the video and sound is so choppy that you cannot understand it. I am running XP home on a Pent IV 2 GH with:
256 MB DDR SDRAM @266MHz
16 MB ATI Rage Ultra 4x AGP, Graphics Card
SB Live 1024 Digital Sound Card

Brian, base on the review of your sound card I just read you are in the same boat as Kickaha. You are using Livewire 3. Once again there is a compartiblity problem between CL's LW3 and DirectX 8.x which CL has yet to fix. Check CL web site for XP updates. Maybe it will help.

The normal solution would be to disable Sound Accelleration.
