Prophecy video messed up!

This might have been discussed before but I have a slight porblem. I can't get the video to run right on WCP. It skips a lot and I have tried everything.

I have an Athlon 900, with a NVidia Ti4600 128DDR video card.

Where can I get help?

Whoops, I forgot to mention my OS. I am running with Windows ME (yes I know).

I have tried all the suggestions on this site and my WC Prophecy movies still play with terrible jumping and freezing.

Even worse is with my GeForce 4 video card the aiming cross hair does not even appear on the screen. (Very difficult to shoot things down )

My PC is a 2.4Ghz running WinXP, but my wife has an older 866Mhz Win98 with a Voodoo 4 graphics card - have installed WC Prophecy and WC4 on that - and they both play like a dream. (Strangely I have to disable the audio hardware for WCP otherwise it plays too fast, but for WC4 I have to enable otherwise the movies jump and freeze.)

Either way I am very happy - and it shows just how good the Voodoo cards were in their day.

I would say to any WC fan - Don't throw out those old PC's. I know they take space but it is so much easier playing on those than trying to get the old games running on new spec machines. (Even if one installs a multi-boot system) The new machines are just too damn fast.
