Prophecy "Locks Up"

Hi There!

When playing WC Prophecy, mid battle, the game "locks up". Na-Da, 'freeze frame', time to hit 're-set'.

I am running W-98 Second Edition; Voo-Doo 3 video card, Creative 512 sound card, PII-400 w/256 ram... What's up with the 'lock ups'? Any ideas?

Do you get any error-messages griping about not being able to play this and that communication? Do you have the Voodoo-patch?

Prophecy 'Lock Up'

Hi Mystery muppet, & thank you for your interest in helping.

No error message of any kind, the screen just freezes, and the only way out is to hit the reset on the computer (not my favorite method), as control, alt, delete, is also frozen out.

As to the question of a patch, no, I am unaware of a patch, but would love to get it if it might help. Please advise. Rick
